Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders over $80

Orders of $80 or more ship free. Under $80, shipping is a flat $8.99. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay, and the discount code is applied to the item total first.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We are not taking international orders at this time.

How long it takes

We pack and dispatch within 1 to 2 business days of your order. Delivery then takes 5 to 8 business days for most items, and 3 to 5 business days for items we hold in our own studio. Your checkout page shows the estimate for what is actually in your cart.

Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend go out the following Monday.

Faster options

UPS and USPS expedited services are available at checkout at carrier rates if you need something sooner.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will resend it once at no charge. Email us as soon as you spot a mistake and we will correct it if the parcel has not shipped.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email customerservice@modingostore.com with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and either resend your order or refund it in full.

Damaged on arrival

Photograph the item and the packaging and email us within 14 days of delivery. Replacement or refund is your choice, and we cover the return postage. Full details are in our Return and refund policy.
